The cut-off date for securing rooms is April 25, 2025; the preferred rate of $189 per night will no longer be honoured after the cut-off date.
With this conference taking place in Thunder Bay, attendees will need to make their own travel arrangements to the conference centre. We strongly encourage everyone book their flights early as the prices are expected to increase. Air Canada and Porter Airlines both offer convenient daily flights to and from Toronto.
