The MCMA Education Committee is seeking your input on court security practices within Provincial Offences Act (POA) offices across Ontario.
As court security continues to be an important consideration for the safety of staff, judiciary, enforcement personnel, legal professionals, and members of the public, we are conducting this survey to better understand the current landscape across the province.
Your feedback will help us evaluate existing court security measures, identify common challenges and best practices, and better understand where additional resources, education, or advocacy may be beneficial. The information collected will assist the Education Committee in identifying trends and informing future discussions and initiatives that support our members.
