This informal networking session will provide an opportunity for colleagues from municipalities across Ontario to connect, share experiences, discuss common challenges, and exchange best practices related to POA collections operations.
To help shape the discussion, the MCMA Collections Committee is seeking input from members and POA collections professionals.
