Niagara Region Court Services has brought forward this request to advocate for a) review and increase of set fines and b) increase to the $5 administration fee, with emphasis on road safety and financial sustainability of POA delivery at the municipal level. The report was approved by Joint Board of Management on April 23, 2026 and will be brought forward to Regional Council on May 28, 2026. Please see the report attached.
