Hello POA Collections Colleagues,
On behalf of the MCMA Collections Committee, please save the date for an upcoming virtual networking session. This session is geared to all POA collections professionals including front-line collectors.
This session will be hosted by the MCMA Collections Committee and will be structured as an “Ask Me Anything (AMA): Collections Edition.” Our goal is to create a collaborative space to connect, share insights, and openly discuss what’s happening across municipalities.
What to expect:
- A brief update on the key initiatives and priorities the Collections Committee is focused on this year
- An open forum for collections‑related questions, issues, and topics from participants
- A discussion on common challenges and obstacles faced in POA collections across municipalities
- An opportunity to share feedback on how the Collections Committee can better support municipalities in their collections efforts
This session is intended to be informal, interactive, and driven by your questions and experiences. Whether you’re looking for peer insights, practical ideas, or simply an opportunity to connect with others in the field, we hope you’ll join us.
